Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is a multi award-winning, appointment-only salon — Scratch Stars 2026 finalist and ten years established. We're a natural nail salon: no acrylics, no nail-bar speed, no rushing. You'll work on loyal, established guests in a calm salon where preparation, safe removal and natural nail health come first — not a high-volume conveyor belt. We're growing our nail team and we look after the people in it.
What you'll get:
- £13.50–£16.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience
- Uncapped commission once targets are met

What you'll do:
Deliver gel polish, manicures, pedicures and natural nail care to a consistently high standard, protect the natural nail through proper preparation and safe manual removal, run friendly professional consultations, and keep your station impeccably clean.
What we're looking for:
- A completed Level 2 or Level 3 nail or beauty qualification, or recognised equivalent (for example an NVQ or qualification from VTCT, City & Guilds or ITEC)
- At least two years' recent, hands-on experience as a qualified nail technician
- Confidence in gel polish, manicures and pedicures
- A genuine understanding of the natural nail and clean, precise cuticle work
- Comfortable working without an e-file for preparation and removal
- Any additional skills — BIAB, intimate waxing, facials or massage — are a bonus but not required
- Right to work in the UK (this role does not offer visa sponsorship)
