£13.50–£16.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission and 100% of your tips.

Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is an award-winning, appointment-only salon. We specialise in natural nail care: no acrylics, no rushed nail-bar appointments and no high-volume conveyor-belt working.
We are looking for an experienced Nail Technician who takes pride in precise preparation, beautiful gel-polish application, safe removal and protecting the health of the natural nail.

- £13.50–£16.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience

What you’ll do
- Deliver professional gel-polish manicures and pedicures
- Provide high-quality natural nail care
- Complete clean, precise preparation and cuticle work
- Remove gel products safely while protecting the natural nail
- Conduct friendly, professional consultations
- Recommend appropriate treatments and home care
- Maintain excellent hygiene and keep your station impeccably clean
- Deliver the warm, attentive guest experience Queen B is known for
What we’re looking for
- A completed Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in nail services or beauty therapy, or a recognised equivalent
- At least two years’ recent, hands-on experience as a qualified Nail Technician
- Confidence performing gel-polish manicures and pedicures independently
- A sound understanding of natural nail health
- Clean, precise cuticle work and product application
- Confidence preparing and removing gel products safely without relying on an e-file
- Excellent consultation, communication and guest-care skills
- The right to work in the UK
BIAB experience would be welcome but is not essential. Additional qualifications in beauty therapy, waxing, facials, massage, lashes or brows are also a bonus rather than a requirement.
Queen B is a Scratch Stars 2026 finalist and has been established for ten years. Full support is provided with Queen B systems, products, treatment protocols and guest-experience standards, but this is an experienced Nail Technician role rather than a trainee position.
