What you’ll be responsible for
Build good working relationships with farmers and growers, providing excellent customer service and promoting the benefits of biosolids as a soil enhancing product
Inform farmers and growers on the biosolids products available to them
Build relationships with NRW / Environment Agency and Environmental Health Officers to keep them fully informed of biosolids recycling activities
Ensure maintenance of 100% biosolids recycling compliance to prevent legal action against the company and to prevent financial penalties being incurred by Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water
Undertake field soil sampling and stockpile inspections ensuring all data is accurately collected and recoded in accordance with IMS procedures
Fully comply with IMS procedures to ensure compliance with the industry Biosolids Assurance Scheme
Undertaking administrative tasks necessary for demonstrating compliant delivery and recycling of biosolids
Guide on specialist subject areas relevant to your expertise or development goals on behalf of the team.
About you
Agricultural, water industry or environmental experience
IT literate and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work to deadlines without compromising quality
Adaptable to changing priorities
Ability to travel as job requires
Ability to demonstrate a commercial approach to cost efficiency and understand the need for large scale change programmes to achieve a high performance business culture
Ensure effective day to day delivery of services
Develop positive working relationships and to be seen as a highly credible representative of the business
Good to know
Hybrid working (atleast 1 office day a week)
