Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing professional styling, colour, and ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Duties
- Perform a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, blow-drying, and styling to meet clients’ individual preferences.
- Offer personalised consultations to advise clients on suitable styles, colours, and treatments based on their features and preferences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and upselling additional services or products.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients, addressing their needs professionally, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices where applicable, sharing expertise in styling techniques and customer care.
- Assist with store management tasks such as inventory control and maintaining product displays.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility across various styles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of store management principles is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional certification or licence in hairdressing or barbering recognised by relevant industry bodies is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: £24,420.00-£52,062.37 per year
