Accept Recruitment is currently looking for Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Magna Park, Lutterworth LE17. The company specialises in the distribution of large home décor and household essentials.
The role is long-term, and opportunities for permanent positions are available for the right candidates.
Role Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading containers
- General warehouse duties, picking and packing
- Conduct stock checks
- Inbound and outbound
- Prepare orders for shipping
- Following site health and safety procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team
- Heavy lifting is involved due to the nature of the product being handled
Candidate Requirements:
- Own transport is essential due to the site location and shift schedule
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Good understanding of English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work with heavy, bulky items daily
- Flexible to work weekends due to shift rotation
Shift Patterns - Must be available to work any 5 days out of 7
- 06:00-16:00
- 14:00 - 22:00 or 00:00
- 16:00 - 22:00 or 00:00
Pay Rates - Range from £13.19 to £14.74 depending on the shift worked!
