Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Tele-Appointer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing initial contact with prospective clients through outbound calls, scheduling appointments for our sales representatives, and maintaining strong communication channels. It is a focused and targeted business-to-business (b2b) role consisting of cold calling and lead generation T he ideal candidate will be organised, target-driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Identify and qualify leads through engaging conversations, ensuring alignment with company target markets
- Influence and convince prospects to meet with our sales team by delivering a professional sales pitch discussing Cores services and products.
- Liaise with potential clients by telephone and email, providing prospects with required information in professional format with a view services and company history.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded within the CRM system
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and follow-up activities
- Communicate product or service benefits clearly and persuasively to prospective clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing initial queries professionally and courteously
- Follow organisational scripts while adapting communication style to suit different client profiles
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet targets

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
