We’re recruiting for a Dental Nurse to join a growing family-run mixed practice in Rayleigh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified nurse looking to join a supportive team with genuine opportunities for progression and additional earning potential.
About the Role
- Start date: June 2026
- Days: Full-time or part-time considered
- Working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Pay: From £14 per hour depending on experience
- Practice type: Mixed NHS and private
- Main duties: Chairside nursing with additional reception and treatment co-ordination support when required
- Experience: Open to all levels of experience

- 3-surgery practice expanding to 4 surgeries next year and 5 within 3 years
- Currently 70% NHS / 30% private with strong private growth plans
- Fully digital practice
- Software: SOE Exact
- Digital X-rays
- CBCT / OPG available
- Intraoral scanners
- Rotary endodontics
- Implant-focused technology
- On-site Orthodontist
- Visiting Implantologist
- Clinical Lecturer from Barts on site
- Principal with Restorative Diploma and Implant training
- Large on-site car park and free nearby street parking
- Excellent transport links with easy access to Rayleigh and Southend stations, plus A127, A13, and A12
Requirements
- GDC registered Dental Nurse
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
- Able to support both clinical and front-of-house duties
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
