Responsibilities:
- Oversee the parts department and ensure efficient operations
- Monitor the parts ordering and manage inventory levels to order parts as needed
- Ensure effective stock control and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory
- Train and supervise parts department staff
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts needs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to parts
Skills:
- Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends, computer systems and parts management software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
