Hours: 7.00am to 2.00pm Monday and Friday
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to customers' locations in a timely manner
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or changes to delivery routes
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during deliveries
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong knowledge of local roads and routes
- Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation systems
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
