About the role:
An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, proactive artworker to join our growing team.
You will be working with one of our largest accounts, directly on site with the client, collaborating closely with the Account Managers. In this role, you will demonstrate creative flair in delivering high-quality artwork according to client briefs as well as assisting with day-to-day project management duties.
We're looking for a self-starter who can handle multiple projects simultaneously, creating high-quality artwork under tight deadlines. Ideally, you have experience in a similar agency or in-house studio role. You must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, capable of assessing workloads and prioritising tasks effectively.
You will also demonstrate key project management skills: client services, building timelines, creating briefs, and resource planning. Knowledge of project management software (Monday.com, Airtable) and Microsoft Teams is preferred but not essential.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating and setting artwork for both print and digital format
- Interpreting client briefs to produce excellent creative while adhering to brand guidelines
- Print-readying artwork and packaging artwork files
- Working closely with clients, handling all client communications professionally
- Building project critical paths
- Creating print briefs
- Collaborating with the team to ensure all projects are completed accurately, on time and to the highest and standard
- Prioritising own workload as well as resource planning when required
- Handling freelancer resource when required
Skills and experience we'd like you to have:
- Experience in an agency or in-house studio environment
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects)
- You can work to deadlines and are a natural at spinning plates working on multiple projects at the same time.
- Confident working with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Airtable
- Awareness and understanding of the print-production process (preferred but not essential).
- Approach all projects with a positive, can-do attitude
- Natural team collaborator
