What you’ll Be Doing

Building and maintaining strong client relationships—be their trusted point of contact

Reacting quickly to emergency works and ensuring timely, detailed updates are provided

Managing service delivery in line with SLAs and contract requirements

Keeping clients informed on progress, especially around delays or part availability

Maintaining and updating customer portals accurately

Supporting the wider office team with admin, mailbox management, and quote assistance

Producing reports and assisting with contract administration

Attending occasional client meetings to troubleshoot and offer creative solutions

Getting stuck into ad hoc tasks to support the service team and client contracts
What You’ll Bring
Essential

Experience using CRM systems

Confident with Microsoft Office—especially Excel

A solid background in customer service, ideally in a fast-moving environment
