Job Title: Digital Print Finisher
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Print Finisher to join our team in our busy digital print department. The Print Finisher will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality print finished materials.
Duties:
- Operate print finishing machinery to produce printed materials according to job specifications
- Hand finish printed products that cannot be mechanically finished
- Perform routine maintenance on finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues with print finishing equipment and perform repairs when needed
- Follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Experience:
- Previous experience in a print shop or similar environment preferred
Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge for operating finishing equipment
- Experience of hand finishing printed products
- Experience working in a similar setting is preferable
- Capability to lift heavy boxes during the production process
