Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring culinary standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen space.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Process payments accurately while maintaining basic maths skills for transactions.
Qualifications
- 1 YRS Experience is ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- A team player who is willing to help colleagues when needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
