Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Wall & Door Protection Installer to join our installation team.
The role involves installing Yeoman Shield wall and door protection systems on commercial construction projects throughout the UK. While previous experience installing wall and door protection products is an advantage, full product training will be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and transferable skills.
This is a full-time position involving nationwide travel, working Monday to Friday, with regular overnight stays away from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Yeoman Shield wall and door protection systems to the highest standard.
- Work safely and efficiently on active construction sites.
- Maintain excellent standards of workmanship, quality and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively as part of a professional installation team.
- Represent the company professionally when working on client sites across the UK.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working on construction sites or within a practical trade.
- A valid CSCS Card (minimum requirement).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability and willingness to work away from home Monday to Friday.
- Own hand tools (tool allowance available after successful completion of the 3-month probation period).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, self-motivated and committed to producing high-quality work.
- Must live within a 10-mile radius of our Leeds office.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience installing wall and door protection systems including wall protection panels, hygienic cladding, handrails/crash rails, corner guards and door protection would be highly advantageous. However, this is not essential, as full training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right work ethic, practical ability and willingness to learn.

- Competitive salary of £36,000–£44,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill level.
