- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am to 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Installation Technician, you will:
- Install, service, maintain, and repair Reval UK's assisted bathing products at customer sites across the UK.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Complete all service reports, installation records, and documentation accurately and within required timescales.
- Ensure compliance with all customer site procedures, including health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain company equipment, tools, vehicles, and warehouse areas in a clean, organised, and safe condition.
- Represent Reval UK professionally at all times, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays when required.
Skills and Experience Required
Essential
- Plumbing qualification.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Competent in the use of iPads, smartphones, email systems, and electronic testing equipment.
Desirable
- Electrical qualification or relevant electrical experience.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.

Additional Requirement
Due to vehicle insurance requirements, applicants must be 25 years of age or older and confident driving a box van fitted with a tail lift.
