Required Skills & Experience:

An IT related College/University qualification

Employment experience in IT and/or Retail would be beneficial.

Good understanding of Microsoft tools, such as EXCEL/WORD
Personal Specification:

Good general knowledge of IT software tools (EG: Microsoft Windows, MS Excel)

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly.

- Self-motivated with ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team

Good organisational skills, attention to detail and good time management skills.

Have a genuine interest in Retail and how customer needs are changing, particularly online

Excellent GCSE grades, emphasis in English & Maths
