As a Lettings Lister, you'll play a key role in growing our branch by winning new lettings instructions, building lasting relationships with landlords and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out rental valuations and winning new lettings instructions
- Building strong relationships with landlords and providing expert advice throughout the lettings journey
- Generating new business opportunities and increasing market share
- Identifying opportunities to maximise portfolio growth
- Working closely with your branch team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results

Skills and Experience We're Looking For
We're looking for a motivated lettings professional who has:
- Previous experience within residential lettings, ideally in valuations, listings or business generation
- A proven ability to win new instructions and generate new business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A target-driven approach with a passion for achieving results
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build trusted landlord relationships
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive and proactive approach
- A full UK driving licence
