Currently looking for part-time wizard to work 2-3 days per week with potential for more. Ideal start date 14th September but flexible.
Duties
- Assist with daily management tasks to ensure efficient operation of the establishment
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support the coordination of hospitality services and guest accommodations
- Manage administrative duties such as scheduling & maintaining online accommodation calendar
- Oversee maintenance requests and liaise with vendors or service providers to uphold quality standards
- Help train and supervise junior staff or temporary team members when needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Skills
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong IT skills enabling confident use of online housekeeping software
- Excellent hospitality experience with a focus on delivering memorable guest services
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and vendors
- Proven organizational abilities to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude combined with problem-solving capabilities to resolve issues promptly
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when necessary
