Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated Restaurant and Bar Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service, assist with beverage preparation, and ensure a smooth operation within our hospitality environment. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems and serve promptly
- Assist with drink preparation, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar, kitchen, and service stations in compliance with health regulations
- Support with basic food safety procedures, including proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred
- Strong knowledge of serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic math skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Experience with food preparation or culinary tasks is advantageous
- Good time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
- Willingness to learn new skills such as upselling techniques and kitchen procedures
