Job Description & Responsibilities
We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexibility to suit you. As a Community Carer, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, helping them live independently, stay connected to their community, and enjoy a better quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily living tasks to help maintain dignity and independence
Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, with sensitivity and respect
Preparing meals and supporting with medication, ensuring clients’ health and well-being
Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, and social outings to keep them active and engaged
Offering companionship and emotional support, making a positive difference every day
What We Offer
Starting pay: £13.50 - £14.40 per hour
Additional bonus: Up to £1.10 per hour, paid every 6 months
Plus: Holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, and mileage at 40p per mile
28 days annual leave

Requirements
Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential—we provide full training for the right candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.
You must be a driver with a valid driving licence, ideally with access to a car, though pool cars are available
Be able to work every other weekend
Friendly, trustworthy and caring nature
Able to work shifts of 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm or one or the other, though flexibility is possible dependent on circumstances and skills
