Maintenance Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Panama Shifts | 6am–6pm | Days & Nights (lots of overtime available)
We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established manufacturing site. This is a secure role offering strong pay, excellent benefits, and overtime potential within a supportive engineering team.
- Salary: £48,158.45 per annum
- Bonus: Operations Incentive Bonus up to £1,000
- Holidays: 25 days + 3 days at Christmas + Bank Holidays
- Overtime: £16.96/hr | Mon–Sat 1.5x | Sun 2x
- Pension: 5% employer / minimum 3% employee (from day one)

The Role:
Electrical fault finding and maintenance on production machinery, including Siemens PLCs, reactive breakdowns, PPMs, three-phase systems, and supporting continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Time-served apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 Electrical or equivalent, manufacturing experience, strong electrical bias with mechanical knowledge, and proven fault-finding skills.
Shift Pattern:
Panama shift pattern (2-3-2), rotating days and nights, 6am–6pm.
