We have an exciting opportunity to work in our new care home in Little Weighton HU20 3XE. Its a beautiful care home in an idylic setting catering for up to 38 Clients.
If you are a natural caring person and would like to care, please get in touch. We are looking for a number of day and night carer positions ranging from 24 to 48 to 60 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Help with washing, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and mobility.Ensuring people's dignity and respect is upheld at all times.
- Health Monitoring: Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration), observe well-being, and report changes.
- Medication Support: Assist with taking medication as directed.
- Nutrition: Help with meal preparation, serving, and feeding.
- Activities: Support and participate in social and physical activities to promote engagement.
- Documentation: Accurately record care provided and any changes in resident condition.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Infection Control, and COSHH regulations and adherence to CQC Regulations.
- Confidentiality: Maintain privacy of resident information.
