Delivery & Installation Team Member – furniture assembly & installation
Instore Direct provide professional furnishing solutions to the property rental sector.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to be part of our team – Candidates must be physically fit, have a can-do attitude, be well organised, be flexible to adapt to changing workloads, have an ability to follow instruction, be able to work as part of a team, be customer focussed and have a polite and friendly manner.
Previous experience of delivering, installing & assembling of domestic, contract, or commercial furniture is essential.
A driving license is essential – due to insurance requirements, candidates must be over the age of 25 with at least 1 years driving experience. Experience of driving 3.5 tonne vehicles is preferred but not essential.
Main roles and responsibilities to include:
- Route planning & organising daily deliveries.
- Delivery, installation & assembly of furniture and appliances to residential properties.
- Loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties.
- Hours: 40hours per week - 8.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,000.00 per year
