Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Export Sales Administrator to support our international sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating export orders, preparing documentation as required, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, logistics providers, and internal departments. This role is key to ensuring efficient and compliant export activities while delivering excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Process and manage export sales orders from receipt through to delivery.
· Prepare and verify export documentation (e.g. commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping documents) as required.
· Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies as required.
· Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and logistics providers to arrange shipments.
· Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders as applicable.
· Maintain accurate records of export transactions and customer data.
· Handle customer enquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
· Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, Customers, Logistics Providers, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
· Manage export pricing, quotations, and customer accounts as required.
· Support credit control by ensuring accurate invoicing.

Person Specification
· Previous experience in export administration, sales administration, or international logistics
· Familiarity with Incoterms and export documentation requirements
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Experience with ERP/CRM systems is advantageous.
· A-levels or equivalent; a degree is desirable.
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
