We're growing and looking for an experienced, confident and motivated Lettings Consultant / Negotiator to join our award-winning team in West London. Please note: this is not a trainee position. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Consultant role within a UK residential lettings agency. Applications from candidates without direct lettings experience will not be considered.

The Role
As an experienced lettings professional, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, winning new business and supporting the continued growth of our lettings department. Responsibilities include:
- Register applicants and match them to suitable properties.
- Conduct viewings and negotiate lets, delivering an excellent customer experience throughout.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, applicants and tenants.
- Proactively generate new business through prospecting, canvassing, referrals and networking.
- Identify opportunities to win new landlord instructions and contribute to the growth of the lettings department.
- Progress tenancies from offer agreed through to move-in, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Work closely with landlords to maximise occupancy, rental values and overall service levels.
- Stay up to date with lettings legislation and market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Represent and promote the DBK brand professionally within the local community and property market.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Consultant (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Proven track record of generating lets and winning new business
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Motivated, organised and target-driven
- Good knowledge of West London and a reasonable commuting distance

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am – 3:00pm (1 in every 4 Saturdays off)
