We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and dependable individual to take on the role of Head School Cook at Millstrand School, Portrush.

For those wishing to increase their hours, full-time work is available during the Summer and Easter school holidays across our other catering outlets, providing the opportunity for year-round employment.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have previous experience in a catering or kitchen leadership role.
* Previous bakery experience would be highly advantageous.
* Be confident leading and supporting a small team.
* Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Be passionate about producing high-quality, nutritious meals and delivering an excellent catering service.
* Hold a positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Be AccessNI checked, or be willing to undergo an AccessNI check prior to employment.
* Have a thorough understanding of HACCP principles and all relevant Environmental Health regulations and food safety requirements.
* Be committed to maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and kitchen compliance at all times.
