In this rewarding role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes the health, wellbeing and dignity of our residents. Working collaboratively with the wider care team, you will provide clinical leadership, oversee care delivery, and ensure that each resident’s individual needs are understood, respected and met.
You will be responsible for administering and evaluating care, maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records, and advocating for residents at every stage of their journey. Your ability to build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues will be essential in creating a warm, safe and engaging environment.
