Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team at our Sherburn in Elmet site. This role plays an important part in keeping our offices, communal areas and facilities clean, tidy and welcoming for colleagues, visitors and customers.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Cleaner, you will help maintain a clean, safe and pleasant working environment across our office areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, toilets and communal areas to a high standard
- Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and wiping down surfaces, desks and touchpoints
- Replenishing supplies such as hand soap, toilet roll and paper towels where required
- Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards or stock shortages to the relevant team member
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely and in line with company procedures
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with company procedures and Health & Safety standards
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-focused and takes pride in creating a clean and comfortable workplace for others.
About You
We’re looking for a positive and reliable Cleaner who can work efficiently, follow instructions and maintain high standards across the site.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have previous cleaning experience, ideally within an office, commercial or workplace environment
- Take pride in delivering consistently high standards of cleanliness
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Have good attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
- Be comfortable using cleaning equipment and products safely
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Be organised, trustworthy and able to manage routine tasks effectively
