- Assist clients in selecting merchandise, upselling when appropriate to enhance their experience and satisfaction
- Manage client appointments efficiently by scheduling, organizing, and prioritizing their needs
- Maintain an organized merchandising display that highlights key products and seasonal collections
- Communicate professionally via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Requirements
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills such as Spanish or other languages are highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and efficiently
