Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimise our online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire e-commerce operation, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital platforms. Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies including SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management to increase traffic and sales.
- Manage content creation and optimisation using Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, and copywriting skills to enhance product listings and promotional materials.
- Analyse website traffic and sales data using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks related to website updates, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead B2B marketing initiatives to foster partnerships and expand market reach through effective communication strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities to maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketplace.
- Manage budgets for advertising campaigns while ensuring ROI optimisation through analysis skills.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft PowerPoint to present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management, email marketing, and B2B marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), organisational skills, and IT systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for various audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in project management and time management.
- Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data effectively.
- Experience in copywriting, content optimisation, and social media engagement is highly desirable.

Pay: £49,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
