Link3 Recruitment is looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Mansfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting children and wants to play an important role in their learning and development. You will work closely with the class teacher to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
- Work with individuals and small groups to support learning
- Provide additional support to pupils who require extra assistance
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support classroom behaviour and pupil wellbeing
- Assist with lesson preparation and learning resources
- Monitor and encourage pupil progress
Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential
- Previous experience working within a primary school
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development
Safeguarding & Compliance
- All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
- An Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the Update Service is required, or willingness to apply prior to starting
