Location: Great Suffolk Street, London, SE1 0BE.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid - minimum of 3 days in the office per week (Monday Friday)

You'll also be a confident communicator, working closely with customers, travel agents, suppliers, and colleagues across the business to ensure our financial processes run smoothly.

About the Role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You'll help maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, reconcile accounts, and assist with cashflow reporting, while providing excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a varied role that combines financial administration, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical work and relationship building.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing daily receipts and financial transactions.
- Conducting daily multi-currency bank reconciliations.
- Posting and reconciling multi-currency credit card transactions.
- Collecting outstanding balances from direct customers and travel agents.
- Sending regular statements to credit agents.
- Processing commission payments and customer or agent refunds.
- Investigating and resolving booking-related finance queries.
- Assisting with weekly and monthly cashflow reporting.
- Supporting month-end activities and financial reporting processes.
- Assisting with system testing and process improvements.
- Supporting audit requirements and responding to audit queries.
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple departments and overseas teams.
- Providing ad hoc support across the Finance function as required.

You will have:
Essential:

Either previous experience within a finance and accounting or a hungry to start a career within finance.

Strong Excel skills.

Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Confident verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable:

Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX) or a similar accounting system.
