We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various projects, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and supporting skilled tradespeople in completing high-quality roof coating and repairs. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and capable of working in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions. Candidates must be committed to working away from home across the UK ,The position is offered on a subcontract basis and salary is negotiable
Requirements
- Driving licence
- Ipaf licence
- Working at height
- Available to work away from home and weekends
- Cscs
- Solihull location
- Starting next week
- Own vehicle preferable
- Jet washing and painting experience advantageous Previous experience in construction or roofing is advantageous training will be provided for specific tasks
- Knowledge of roofing techniques and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory for application
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks consistently
