Amphora Aromatics are looking for an Experienced Production Line Operator for their Cosmetics and Skincare Filling Lines. Setting up and running multiple bespoke pneumatic production lines independently and overseeing each step in the manufacturing process with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Key Requirements:
- Setting up the lines and improving changeover times, machine run efficiencies and tooling set ups. (Pneumatic pump experience).
- Completing regular quality checks.
- Meeting expected run targets.
- Ensure the machines and surrounding areas are clean and tidy.
- Ensuring all paperwork relevant to the product is completed to the company specification.
- Experience in cosmetics or food production preferable.
Skills required:
- Previous experience in a similar environment.
- Pneumatic Pump Experience.
- Engineering or mechanical background.
- Good understanding of machine operations.
- Technical & faultfinding skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, between staff, management, and external engineers.
- Must be reliable with a good attendance record.
- Complying with Good Manufacturing Practice and Health & Safety requirements.
