Restaurant Manager | Premium Hospitality & Dining Concept | Central London | Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Service Charge
We're recruiting on behalf of a unique hospitality business located within one of London's most recognised luxury retail and lifestyle destinations.
Combining bakery, café, lunch and event operations, this is a business that has built a loyal following through quality, service and a distinctive customer experience.
The successful candidate will lead a close-knit team, oversee the day-to-day operation and play an important role in maintaining the standards and culture that make the business so well regarded.

The Role
This role is about creating an environment where guests feel welcomed and looked after while ensuring the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
You'll lead a team of 11 across front and back of house, maintaining high service standards throughout breakfast, lunch and event trading periods.
Alongside day-to-day management, you'll focus on team development, guest experience and operational consistency, ensuring the business continues to deliver the quality and hospitality it is known for.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a team of front and back of house employees
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards
- Drive a positive and supportive team culture
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across bakery, café and lunch service
- Support event operations when required
- Manage labour and operational performance
- Maintain high standards across service, presentation and cleanliness
- Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
What we're looking for
We're looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people and delivering great guest experiences.
You'll likely come from a premium café, bakery, restaurant, lifestyle hospitality or retail hospitality background and have experience managing teams within a quality-focused environment.
