Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The job includes taking bookings from passengers wanting a taxi from Bristol Airport. You will receive training beforehand.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently make customer bookings, particularly during busy and peak service periods.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- No previous experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Demonstrate a friendly, approachable, and positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
