Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Matchday Volunteers to join our team for upcoming sporting events. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of matchday operations. Volunteers will play a vital part in ensuring guests have an enjoyable and seamless experience, supporting the organisation with hospitality, guest services, and management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the organisation and management of matchday activities to ensure smooth operations
- Providing excellent guest services by welcoming visitors, answering queries, and guiding attendees around the venue
- Supporting hospitality functions, including serving refreshments and managing catering areas as required
- Ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to throughout the event
- Collaborating with staff and management to deliver a positive experience for spectators and visitors
- Handling administrative tasks such as ticket scanning or distributing programmes when necessary
