Hii Grind is looking for a Manager to help lead our coffee shop and keep our community fed, caffeinated, and welcome.
We're after someone who knows coffee, knows people, and knows how to run a tight, warm space. You'll set the tone every day — for the team behind the counter and for everyone who walks through the door.
What you'll be doing
- Leading day-to-day operations — team scheduling, stock, standards, and the small details that keep a coffee shop running well
- Setting the bar on quality, from the coffee we pour to the food we serve
- Building and supporting a team that genuinely cares about the craft and the community
- Being a visible, hands-on presence on the floor — not just in the back office
What you'll bring
- Proven management or supervisory experience, ideally in hospitality or food & beverage
- Solid barista experience — you know your way around an espresso machine and care about getting it right
- A calm, people-first approach to leading a team
- Genuine care about quality and about the people you serve
Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
