Blink Recruitment operating as an employment business are now recruiting for experienced CNC Turners for our long-standing client in the Shelton / Hanley area. We are looking for experienced candidates who can join our expanding team on a full time and permanent basis.
Job Summary:
- Set, operate, and program CNC turning and/or milling machines
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Ensure high-quality standards and precision machining
- Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to machinery
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in CNC turning and/or milling
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Hours & Pay:.
Days:
- Monday - Thursday = 07:30am - 16:30pm & Friday = 07:30am - 12:30pm
Nights:
- Monday to Thursday 19:00 to 05:15 hours.
Overtime payable for anything over 39 hours
If successful you will be employed under a temp to perm contract. You will serve a 12 week probation whilst employed by Blink Recruitment. During this probation you will be monitored on timekeeping and attendance along with work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team.
Once you have successfully completed the 12 weeks you will be transferred over a as a permanent employee. If you wish to be considered for this role:

Blink Recruitment operate a full in house PAYE payroll. We do not use the services of Umbrella payroll schemes. All workers accrue holiday pay per hour worked. Paid Weekly with a week in arrears.
