Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UPVC Window Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality UPVC window units, ensuring precision and craftsmanship at every stage. Responsibilities
- Operate various power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble UPVC profiles with precision
- Use TIG welding techniques and welding methods to join components securely
- Measure and mark materials accurately using basic math skills to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Fabricate window frames and sashes from sheet metal and UPVC materials according to specifications
- Assemble components, including hardware installation, ensuring smooth operation of finished windows
- Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments, preferably with UPVC or similar materials
- Skilled in TIG welding, sheet metal work, and the use of power tools and hand tools
- Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of assembly processes for window or door units
- Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks
- Ability to read technical drawings or specifications is a plus
- Prior experience with welding techniques is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and excellent manual dexterity
