We are recruiting a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef for Whiski Rooms Restaurant & Bar in Edinburgh Old Town to join our team of chefs. We are offering a good hourly rate with excellent tronc tips with flexible hours and great career progression. We are part of a group of local Scottish Restaurants and Bars in Edinburgh.
About You :
- Hard working and a passion for food and enjoy working with fresh Scottish produce
- Experience of working in a busy kitchen
- You are wanting to progress as a chef
- Produce great quality food with impressive food presentation
- Can do and positive attitude, hands on approach and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and the ability to work well with others
- Great organisational skills and the ability to multitask
