Summary
'Senior Wealth Management Administrator' is a vital role based in Leicester that supports our team in delivering top-tier financial advice and client service. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced wealth management administrator to join the team at the start of our growth plans and be a key individual for our future.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and acting as a first point of contact for clients
- Welcoming clients into the office and preparing meeting rooms and refreshments
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Scanning, organising, and uploading documents to CRM systems
- Monitoring shared inboxes and handling correspondence
- Liaising with providers to chase outstanding information
- Maintaining the FCA daybook for advisers
- Processing letters of authority and organising policy documentation
- Supporting advisers with client file organisation and post-meeting administration
- Preparing portfolio overviews based on provider information
- Producing financial planning reports, including:
- Defaqto risk reports
- FE Analytics fund research
- CashCalc cashflow modelling reports
- Preparing annual review documentation, including:
- Portfolio valuations
- Fund performance and analysis
- Cashflow reports (where required)
- Assisting with business submissions and simple online applications
- Attending meetings with advisers where required to support the advice process
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in a financial services administration role
- Have a strong understanding of financial planning processes and documentation
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be confident liaising with providers, clients, and advisers
- Be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Have experience using CRM systems and financial planning tools
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with tools such as Defaqto, FE Analytics, or CashCalc
Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
