Job Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Head Therapist to join our flagship clinic in Earls Court, London.
Our London clinic has a strong and established team of therapists, 13 treatment rooms, and a growing client base. Due to ongoing demand for our treatments and services, we are looking to further expand our team with an experienced Head Therapist who can lead by example and help maintain the high standards of our clinic.
This is a senior position for an experienced aesthetic professional who is confident in advanced treatments, client consultations and team leadership.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Head Therapist or Senior Aesthetic Therapist.
- NVQ Level 3–4 or BTEC qualification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics or a relevant field.
- Phlebotomy Certificate – essential.
- IV Drip Therapy Certificate – essential.
- PRP/PRF training and hands-on treatment experience – essential.
- Laser & IPL qualification/certification, with practical experience in laser hair reduction.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification.
- Infection Prevention & Control training/certification.
- Proven experience in advanced skin, hair and body treatments.
- Strong knowledge of treatment protocols, health & safety and infection-control procedures.
- Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills, with the ability to support, mentor and train other therapists.
- Professional, confident and approachable manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding client care.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a busy, fast-paced clinical environment.
- Professional indemnity insurance and relevant treatment-specific insurance, where applicable.
Preferred Treatment Experience
Experience in the following treatments is highly desirable:
- Skin peels
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Laser hair reduction
- Advanced skin treatments
- Hair restoration treatments
- PRP / PRF
- IV Drip Therapy
- Body contouring and fat-reduction treatments
- Injectable treatments
- Other non-surgical aesthetic procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering professional, safe and high-quality aesthetic treatments.
- Conducting thorough client consultations and ensuring treatments are performed in accordance with clinic protocols and relevant professional requirements.
- Leading, supporting and mentoring the therapy team.
- Maintaining consistently high standards of treatment, hygiene and client care.
- Supporting the training and development of therapists.
- Ensuring all treatment protocols, health & safety and clinic procedures are followed.
- Monitoring treatment rooms, equipment and stock levels.
- Ensuring client consultation and treatment records are completed accurately.
- Supporting the management team with the smooth day-to-day running of the treatment department.
- Helping to maintain a professional, positive and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
- Keeping up to date with the latest developments, technologies and treatment techniques within the aesthetics industry.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a confident and experienced Head Therapist who has a genuine passion for aesthetics and is able to take responsibility for leading and supporting a busy therapy team.
The successful candidate will be professional, reliable, organised, commercially aware and passionate about delivering excellent treatment results and client care.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment and have the confidence to lead by example.
