About Us
Mega Glass Ltd is an architectural glass processor, offering supply, fabrication, and installation services predominantly to the London, Southeast and Midlands areas. Our installation teams work on a wide mix of commercial and residential projects, from prestigious hotels and office developments to apartment blocks and private residences. We take pride in the quality and precision of our work, and we're looking for a Glass Survey & Installer to join our team.
The Role
You'll be working as part of a broader fitting team, reporting to a team coordinator and moving between sites. This is a fast-paced role, and you'll be busy with no two days looking the same.
What You'll Be Doing
- Surveying sites and taking accurate measurements ahead of installation
- Fitting glass to a high standard across commercial and residential projects
- Reading and working from technical drawings
- Taking templates on site where required
- Representing Mega Glass professionally in front of clients on commercial and residential sites
- Working closely with your team coordinator and the wider fitting team
What We're Looking For
- A high degree of care and attention to detail, as this work demands precision
- Excellent manners and a professional, customer-facing manner
- Ideally, the ability to read technical drawings
- Ideally, experience measuring and making templates
- A disciplined, organised approach to work
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine team player
- A hard-working, reliable attitude
- Comfortable with a busy schedule, moving between multiple jobs and sites
- A CSCS card would be beneficial
Training & Progression
New starters will spend their first three months working alongside our experienced fitting team to learn the ropes before being trusted to work independently.

This is a self-employed position, paid on invoice to Mega Glass. Any offer of engagement will be made following a paid trial day, giving both you and us the chance to make sure it's the right fit.
