National Sameday is a leading time-critical logistics and courier company operating across six major UK airports. We are looking for a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Night Driver to join our Luton team on a permanent basis.
This is a stable, full-time role with fixed hours, no weekend working and the opportunity to join a growing UK logistics business.

The Role
As a Class 2 Night Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the UK while maintaining the high standards of service National Sameday is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
- Complete scheduled deliveries and collections
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Ensure loads are secured and transported safely
- Maintain accurate delivery and transport documentation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Comply with all Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and company procedures
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 1 year's HGV driving experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional and reliable approach to work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work 03:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday
Security Clearance Requirements
As National Sameday is a CAA-regulated company, successful applicants must be willing to complete:
- Driver assessment
- Criminal Records Check (CRC)
- Full 5-year employment history and reference checks
