Responsibilities
- Prepare and package food orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Assist in meal preparation and food assembly, following established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Handle customer orders with enthusiasm, providing excellent service both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeaway area, including work surfaces, utensils, and storage spaces.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations.
- Support kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow during busy periods.
- Manage order pickups, ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers or delivery drivers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant service, or food preparation is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with serving customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
