Looking for an independent local multi-trade person, handyman, or small team for ad-hoc property maintenance and void turnarounds.
This is a sub-contract / CIS role, perfect for a sole trader looking to fill gaps in their diary with reliable, local work.
The Work Involves:
- Preparing void properties to a lettable standard.
- General property maintenance, basic repairs and painting & decorating.
- Minor plumbing (fixing seals, replacing taps) and basic joinery (changing locks, easing doors).
- Clearing out remaining items or debris from vacant properties.
Requirements:
- Must be a self-employed sole trader or independent partnership.
- Must have your own van, tools, and valid UK driving licence.
- Must hold active Public Liability Insurance.
Rates & Payments: We can pay an agreed daily rate or a fixed price per individual void project. Payments are made promptly upon satisfactory completion of the work.
Please note: This is a sub-contract position, not a full-time PAYE role. No agencies please.
Pay: £150.00-£220.00 per day
