Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor green spaces, ensuring they are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. Responsibilities
- Planting, pruning, watering, and fertilising various types of plants, shrubs, and trees using hand tools and power tools.
- Maintaining lawns and flower beds through mowing, edging, and weeding.
- Assisting with landscape design projects and installing new features such as borders or decorative elements.
- Using gardening equipment safely and efficiently to perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Monitoring plant health and identifying pests or diseases for prompt treatment.
- Ensuring all outdoor areas are clean, tidy, and free of debris.
- Assisting with seasonal planting and removal of plants as required.
Experience
- Proven growing experience in gardening or horticulture is preferred.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools used in landscape maintenance.
- Knowledge of horticultural practices, including soil preparation, planting techniques, and pest control.
- Previous experience working in landscape maintenance or garden care is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- A genuine interest in gardening and landscape aesthetics is essential for success in this role.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
