Job Overview
The Royal Sovereign is looking for a full time Supervisor to join our friendly team!
The shifts will be split between management shifts, in which you will be responsible for the smooth running of the pub and team members, and bar shifts where you will be working alongside our General Manager, Assistant Manager and other supervisors.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:
- At least 1 year management in the industry.
- A personal license is preferred but not essential as we can provide if necessary.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic, with fabulous customer service skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills and confidence running a team is a must.
- A passion for hospitality and desire to progress in the industry.
The Royal Sovereign, or the Sov, is a vibrant pub along Brighton's iconic Preston Street. We pride ourselves on our great selection of lagers, cask and craft ales, cocktails, and delicious pub food, as well as our incredibly friendly and committed bar team.
