At Bright & Beautiful Grantham, we're looking for a friendly, reliable driver to join our professional home cleaning team. You need to have your own car, and be happy to use it for work purposes
As part of a two or three-person team, you'll travel to our regular clients' homes, delivering the high standards of cleaning and customer service that we're known for. Every day is different, and you'll leave knowing you've made a real difference to someone's home.
What we offer
- £12.75 per hour
- Google-derived travel time between jobs
- 30p per mile mileage allowance when using your own vehicle
- 18–22 hours per week on average
- Monday to Friday only
- No evenings or weekends
- Regular clients and supportive teammates
- Full training provided – no professional cleaning experience required

About the role
This is a fast-paced, physically active role, so you'll need to enjoy being on the move and working efficiently as part of a team. You'll be on your feet for much of the day, taking pride in transforming clients' homes to an exceptional standard.

We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, positive and reliable
- A confident driver with a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
- Able to obtain business use insurance for their vehicle
- Proud of delivering excellent customer service
- Happy working as part of a close-knit team
- Organised, dependable and enjoys physical work
